        <p>The App is available globally, but certain features may be restricted based on your location or local regulations regarding cryptocurrency services.</p>

          <li>Real-time cryptocurrency price tracking (with 15-minute delay for free users)</li>
          <li>Access to 5 hot coins (BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, XRP)</li>
          <li>Basic price charts, 1 home screen widget, basic market depth viewer</li>
        </ul>
        <h3>4.2 Premium Features (Paid Subscriptions)</h3>
        <p>Premium and Pro tiers unlock real-time price updates, access to 1000+ cryptocurrencies, advanced charts, portfolio analytics, multiple widgets, Binance integration, price alerts, data export, and tax reports (Pro).</p>
        <h3>4.3 Binance Integration (Optional)</h3>
        <p>If you connect your Binance account, provide read-only API credentials only. You are responsible for securing credentials; we are not affiliated with Binance.</p>
        <h3>4.4 No Financial Advice</h3>
        <p>Crypto Pulse does <strong>NOT</strong> provide investment, trading, tax, or financial advice. Information is for informational purposes only.</p>

        <h2>5. Subscriptions and Payments</h2>
        <h3>5.1 Subscription Plans</h3>
        <p>Free, Premium, and Pro tiers are available.</p>
        <h3>5.2 Pricing and Payment</h3>
        <p>Prices displayed in-app and processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. We do not collect or store payment information.</p>
        <h3>5.3 Auto-Renewal</h3>
        <p>Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled via store account settings.</p>
        <h3>5.4 Free Trial</h3>
        <p>New users may receive a 7-day free trial. One trial per user; cancel to avoid charges.</p>
        <h3>5.5 Refunds</h3>

        <p>You are responsible for device security, securing Binance API credentials, and any activity under your use.</p>
        <h3>6.2 Accurate Information</h3>
        <p>Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others.</p>
        <h3>6.3 Compliance with Laws</h3>
        <p>Comply with applicable laws, cryptocurrency regulations, and pay any taxes due.</p>
        <h3>6.4 Prohibited Uses</h3>
        <p>Do not use the App for money laundering, market manipulation, fraud, harassment, or malware distribution.</p>

        <h2>7. Third-Party Services</h2>
        <p>The App integrates with Binance API, Google AdMob, Firebase, and app store billing. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.</p>

        <p>Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated here by reference. All user data is stored locally; uninstalling deletes local data. We cannot recover data after uninstall.</p>

        <p>Data is obtained from third parties and may be inaccurate or delayed (15-minute delay for free users).</p>
        <h3>10.4 Service Availability</h3>
        <p>The App may be unavailable due to maintenance or third-party disruptions.</p>

        <p>Uninstall the App or cancel subscription to stop using the App.</p>
        <h3>13.2 Termination by Us</h3>
        <p>We may suspend or terminate access for violations, discontinuation, or legal requirements.</p>
        <h3>13.3 Effect of Termination</h3>
        <p>License ends upon termination. Subscription fees non-refundable except per store policy.</p>
        <h3>13.4 Survival</h3>
        <p>Sections on IP, Disclaimers, Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law survive termination.</p>

        <h2>14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution</h2>
        <p>These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. For users in Egypt, disputes shall be resolved in Egyptian courts. International users: we will attempt amicable resolution first; unresolved disputes may proceed to arbitration or local courts.</p>
